This hairstyle is called Crochet Braids and I will show you step by step in this beginner friendly tutorial how to do this hairstyle on your own hair. The first step to achieving this protective braid hairstyle is to braid your braid pattern with cornrow braids. After separating your crochet braiding hair, you will then crochet or latch hook the hair onto your cornrow braid pattern. Make sure that your curls are thicker in the back and thinner in the front for a very natural hairstyle. This crochet style can be done on relaxed, transitioning and natural hair no matter what you hair type is!
