VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

Hello everyone this is Breanna Rutter author of one of my most popular books the natural hair Bible and founder of howtoblackhair.com for these videos I answer the questions you all send me via email so any of you have any questions you would like for me to answer be sure to check out the description box below for additional information this video is because of an email I received from Priya,Priya wants to know how she can help her hair to grow more and grow longer she says that also being that her hair is very thick she has to cut it just to keep it short for maintenance on her part so what I want to do is give you some tips is going to help you in your case of making sure that you are able to grow longer hair as well as be able to maintain it I being that is thick so for the very first tip that I am going to suggest is that I want you to and start incorporating using essential oils so given that I'm not assuming you're having any problems with maintaining your hair as far as being able to keep it healthy you just want to actually make it grow more and you want to be able to use some tips that will help you to maintain it as it gets longer so I would highly suggest that you start incorporating essential oils into your products so that way it can help speed up the growth process just like what vitamins does for the body as well as give extra benefit to growing your hair longer by using essential oils and that helps directly feed the oils in your scalp so that way your hair can grow at a much quicker pace the essential oils I suggest are of course is rosemary oil peppermint oil and spearmint oil these essential oils are very potent even though they come in small quantities so it's super important that you only apply a few drops into your amount of oil of choice that you do use to apply to your scalp and hair so just Makes a little bit of the three or use one or the other and see what you like and then after a while you start to see that you going to have a little bit more of a faster growth than you naturally do my second tip that I'm going to suggest is something that is going to help you stop cutting your hair so short and that is when you style your hair just leave it in until your next wash day everyone's washday is different for some people they have to wash their hair twice a week for others it's once a week for some every two weeks and for some is even a whole month so depending on how often you need to actually shampoo wash your hair and go through the whole routine that's how long I want your hair style to last this is going to limit the amount of times you actually will need to style between washes because whatever style you are wearing it's going to stay in your hair until you have to wash your hair the next following week or a couple of days and then my very last tip that I'm going to suggest is a tip that I never give because most people always want to know what products do I need to grow my hair what should I be using on my hair how to make it grow longer how to make it grow faster and one simple tip that helps everyone with making sure that the hair will grow at a healthy rate is to simply massage your scalp just make sure that before you styling your hair or washing your hair or applying products that you just take at least five or at least 10 minutes to use the pads of your fingers to massage your scalp what this does is it increases blood flow to the surface of your scalp if you have more blood going to your scalp guess what you have more nutrients going to your hair follicles which means your hair will grow even more so the is all just a little tips and tricks that you can start incorporating to help you grow longer hair and one very important thing to stop you from cutting your hair so much if you don't want to is that you can make sure to make sure that your styles will last until the very next wash day so those are my tips for you I hope that health and I hope this is help everyone else was watching if you are one know any more information about the things I mentioned in this video check out the description box for more but until then I'll see you all in my very next video
