Hello everyone this is Breanna Rutter author of the book the natural hair Bible and founder of and for these special vlogs I love to answer all of the questions you all send me via email so any of you have any additional questions that you will like for me to answer be sure to check out the description box below this video for additional information so are going to get right want to the vlog in this vlog is inspired by lady name Tanya she emailed me and she told me that she loved my videos she want to know little bit more about haircare and specifically her question was how often should I wash my daughter's hair so she didn’t specify whether she had a newborn infant and toddler a teenager and it really doesn't matter because you want to wash her hair as frequent as you think you need to and you want to make sure to use quality products to keep your hair healthy and moisturized so my suggestion as far as how often you should wash it out as hair Tonya is that you want to do so at least once a week if you are new to I guess washing your own hair that's a perfect guide that you can stick with for a little bit until you figure out and adjust what's the best for you if you rarely use hair products you can get away with only actually shampooing your hair every two weeks but if you use heavy products I will suggest that you stick with either in a week of washing your hair or maybe twice a week so that all goes to preference as far as how much build up you experience or how oily her scalp gets or how much you shed hair how often you use heavy products there is a lot of different factors that go how active of your lifestyle is if you exercise a lot then I'll suggest that you watch her hair more frequently so that you have buildup and you can wash away bacteria and debris from your hair so Tanya I hope that that's help you to understand that you just want to start out with a week of washing your daughters hair and if you notice that her hair doesn't seem to stay as clean long enough then maybe you can bump it up a few more times during that week and as far as it goes with shampoo I suggest that you use a shampoo that contains natural ingredients so this is also left up to your preference as far as what brands to use a specific brand that will appeal to everyone and because I don't specifically know her hair and what types of conditions her hair is under I can’t suggest you a shampoo what I can do is suggest you to use a shampoo that contains the natural ingredients and I get suggestions of different types of shampoos conditioners and moisturizers all in my new book that I've written called the natural hair Bible so if you want to check that out you can find a lot of good references and recipes that you can try on your daughters hair as always check the description box for additional information on this topic as part of the goes with watching your hair or any other types of questions that you may have had so thank you so much for watching this video and until then I'll see all my next video
